HHMPI Frequently Asked Questions

The HHMPI is a portable, battery-powered tool designed for maintenance technicians and avionics teams who need to download and verify data from Flight Data Recorders (FDR) and Cockpit Voice Recorders (CVR). It is particularly well-suited for operators of commercial, corporate, and private aircraft configured for more than 10 passengers.

The HHMPI operates independently of aircraft power or ground carts, making it ideal for ramp-side or remote use. It supports live data viewing in multiple formats—Binary, Octal, Decimal, Hex, and Engineering Units—and stores data on internal memory, USB drives, or SD cards.

HHMPI is licensed to support SRVIVR25, HCR-25 and Kapture 25-hour CVRs/CVFDRs, in addition to our new SENTRY25.

Consignment HHMPIs are available to Readout Services customers with annual contracts exceeding 25 readouts. These options are ideal for AOG scenarios, temporary fleet support, or bridging procurement cycles. Contact sales@flightdata.aero for more information.
