Airflite Selects Flight Data Systems’ Recorder Readout Services

Flight Data Systems has recently announced that Airflite, a renowned aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and fixed-base operator (FBO) company in Australia and Asia, has signed a multi-year contract with Flight Data Systems’ readout services. With this partnership, customers will receive fast and reliable Cockpit Voice and Flight Data Recorder compliance solutions in accordance with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA).

The contract includes the Handheld Multipurpose Interface (HHMPI), a device designed for ease of use, and a multi-year agreement for readout services. It provides multi-fleet, multi-manufacturer CVR and FDR downloads for over 100 airframes with various options for data downloading, live data viewing and easy data transfer for further readout or Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) analysis.

Flight Data Systems’ readout services offer quick turnaround times of just three days or less, 24/7, for AOG and incident investigation. The reports are compliant with the framework requirements of EASA, FAA, and ICAO.
